Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 9th August 2026.

About these Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Another Baby's Treasure website and to bookings made for our pre-loved mum, baby and children markets. By using our website or booking a market table/stall with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Please read them carefully before making a booking.

Our Market

We organise markets where sellers can offer good-quality pre-loved items relating to:

  • Pregnancy, maternity and postpartum

  • Baby and children's clothing

  • Books and toys

  • Any other baby/children related equipment

  • Other items specifically approved by us for the relevant market

We reserve the right to decide whether an item is suitable for sale at our markets.

Items must be legal to sell, safe, clean, accurately described and suitable for a pre-loved family market.

If you are a registered business seller, you must book a business table.

Booking a Market Table

Tables/stalls can be booked through our website, subject to availability.

When you submit a booking and payment is successfully received, your booking will be considered confirmed.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide when making your booking is accurate.

You must provide any information reasonably required to allow us to organise your table and communicate with you about the market.

Table Fees and Payment

The price of your table will be displayed on the website at the time of booking.

All prices will be stated in pounds sterling and, where applicable, will include VAT or clearly state if VAT is not applicable.

Payment must be made through the payment method provided on our website.

Your table is not guaranteed until payment has been successfully completed and your booking has been confirmed.

Cancellation and Refunds

Table bookings are non-refundable once booked.

By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you are committing to the table for the relevant market date.

We therefore do not normally offer refunds where a seller:

  • Changes their mind

  • Can no longer attend

  • Has another commitment

  • Is unable to attend for personal reasons

  • Does not attend the market

  • Arrives too late to use their table

However, nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to remove or restrict any rights you may have under applicable UK law.

If we cancel a market and are unable to provide the booked table/service, we will contact affected sellers and provide any refund or alternative arrangement required by law or agreed with you.

Changing or Transferring a Booking

Bookings are personal to the person who made the booking unless we agree otherwise.

You must contact us before transferring or giving your table to another person.

We reserve the right to refuse a transfer where this is necessary for market organisation, safety or other legitimate reasons.

Seller Responsibilities

As a seller, you are responsible for:

  • Bringing your own items to sell

  • Ensuring your items are clean and in a suitable condition

  • Ensuring items are safe and legal to sell

  • Ensuring that items are accurately described

  • Setting your own prices

  • Handling your own sales and payments to customers

  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

  • Setting up and clearing your table within the times communicated to you

  • Behaving respectfully towards customers, other sellers, staff and venue personnel

You must not sell anything that is illegal, unsafe, counterfeit, recalled, stolen or otherwise unsuitable for sale.

Items We Do Not Permit

We may prohibit the sale of any item that we consider unsuitable for our market.

This may include, without limitation:

  • Unsafe or damaged children's equipment

  • Recalled products

  • Items that do not meet applicable safety requirements

  • Counterfeit goods

  • Stolen goods

  • Illegal goods

  • Weapons

  • Alcohol or controlled substances

  • Items that are offensive or inappropriate for a family market

  • Items outside the purpose or theme of the market

We may ask you to remove an item from your table if we believe it does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

Product Safety

Sellers are responsible for ensuring that the products they offer for sale are safe and comply with applicable UK laws.

Particular care should be taken with children's products, toys, baby equipment, car seats, cots, pushchairs and other products where safety is important. If you are unsure whether an item is safe or legally suitable for resale, you should not bring it to the market.

We may refuse an item where we have concerns about its safety or suitability.

Market Venue and Conduct

Sellers must follow any reasonable instructions given by us or the market venue.

You must not:

  • Cause a disturbance

  • Behave aggressively or abusively

  • Harass customers or other sellers

  • Block entrances, exits or walkways

  • Create a safety hazard

  • Damage the venue

  • Interfere with another seller's table or stock

We reserve the right to ask anyone who seriously or repeatedly breaches these rules to leave the market.

Table Allocation

Tables will be allocated by us unless a specific table location has been expressly agreed.

We may need to change table locations for operational, safety or venue-related reasons.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests but cannot guarantee a particular table location unless specifically confirmed.

Market Changes

We may need to make reasonable changes to the market arrangements, including:

  • Table layout

  • Opening or closing times

  • Venue arrangements

  • Market procedures

  • Stall allocation

  • Facilities available

Where reasonably possible, we will notify sellers of significant changes in advance.

Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a market where this is reasonably necessary, including because of circumstances outside our reasonable control, venue issues, safety concerns or other circumstances that make holding the market impractical.

If we cancel a market before it takes place, we will contact affected sellers and explain the available options.

Where you are legally entitled to a refund, we will provide one.

We will not exclude or restrict any rights you have under applicable law.

Events Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

These may include severe weather, flooding, fire, venue closure, public authority restrictions, transport disruption, power failure, public health emergencies or other events that could not reasonably have been prevented.

Where such an event affects a market, we will communicate with sellers as soon as reasonably practical.

You agree to use our website lawfully and responsibly.

You must not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website

  • Interfere with the operation or security of the website

  • Submit false or misleading information

  • Use the website for fraudulent purposes

  • Upload malicious software or harmful material

  • Use our website to infringe another person's rights

We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe the website is being misused.

Our Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

We do not accept responsibility for matters outside our reasonable control.

We are not responsible for loss or damage to a seller's personal belongings, stock or equipment unless we are legally responsible for that loss or damage. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights.

If you have a complaint about our service, a booking or a market, please contact us: contact@anotherbabystreasure.com

Please provide as much information as possible so that we can investigate your complaint and respond appropriately.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The latest version will be published on our website and will show the date it was last updated.

Changes will not affect rights that have already arisen under a confirmed booking unless permitted by law.
